1) We determine, in confidence, why a vacancy exists.
2) In collaboration with you, we sketch a position profile. This profile outlines the technical skills and academic background required for the position. Your corporate culture is assessed to determine which candidates will excel within your environment.
3) Through targeted research and use of our extensive H.R. network, we develop a slate of candidates that fits the profile we have developed with you.
4) We interview each candidate based on the established assessment criteria.
5) The appropriate candidates are presented to your organization for personal interviews.
6) After you have decided to extend a job offer, we work with you and the candidate to negotiate the most mutually agreeable compensation package and start date.
7) Once reference checks and all pre-employment requirements have been completed, we assist the candidate in the resignation process at his/her present employer.
8) We remain actively involved with both parties in the time span between accepted offer and start date, to ensure that the transition is a smooth one.
9) To help maintain a positive public relations posture on your behalf, we thank all references and declined candidates for their role in the process.
While following this strategy, we recognize the sensitive nature of the search. Maintaining confidentiality is a priority. Your organization's name is revealed to a candidate only at the appropriate time. No candidate's name is presented to your organization without his/her consent . In seeking an appropriate candidate, we are interested in uncovering information that does not appear on a resume. We go beyond checking references and paper credentials. We assess each candidate's background thoroughly, to give you confidence in the hiring process.
