FRANCIS "FRAN" LUISI

Fran Luisi has been an executive search consultant since 1987. He has exclusively recruited Human Resource professionals ranging from Senior Vice Presidents to Managers of Human Resources in both generalist and specialist assignments.

Fran has managed executive search projects in every region of the United States as well as Europe and the Asia Pacific regions, focusing on progressive organizations across industry sectors.

He began his executive search career with The Adler Group, a Human Resource Executive Search consultancy based in New York City.

Fran was previously the Vice President, National Practice Leader, Human Resources with the Stratford Group, an Executive Search firm based in Cleveland, Ohio and has been the principal of his own executive search firm, where he exclusively recruited human resource professionals for many years.

Prior to entering the executive search profession, he had various assignments with IBM in both divisional and corporate headquarter environments, supporting the personal computer, industrial manufacturing and software businesses. Fran earned a B.S. degree in Criminology from Florida State University. He has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Human Resource Executive, and Workforce Management discussing global human resource and global talent acquisition issues. He is a member of the Florida State University Presidents Club, Florida State University Foundation, The Human Resource Planning Society, The Society for Human Resource Management, The Institute for International Human Resources, The International Society for Performance Improvement, The Organization Development Network, World at Work, The Arc of Monmouth County, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Count Basie Theatre. Fran and his wife Lauren and their two children reside in Rumson, New Jersey.

Jill Krumholz Joins Charleston Partners as Principal

JILL KRUMHOLZ

Jill Krumholz brings over twenty years of executive search and corporate human resources experience to Charleston Partners. As an executive search consultant, Jill provides expertise in the recruitment of human resources professionals. Her experience has been at senior levels within organizations in both corporate and divisional roles as well as broad based and specialist human resources assignments. Her clients have ranged from large global organizations to entrepreneurial growth companies in industries including media and communications, financial services, consumer products and professional and information services.

Prior to joining Charleston Partners, Jill was a Partner with Cornell International, a national retained executive search firm based in New York. Earlier, she was a Partner with Hayden Resources and previously for eleven years she managed her own executive search practice, KL Consultants. She began her executive search career with The Adler Group, a Human Resource Executive Search consultancy based in New York City.

Ms. Krumholz also brings to each search the experience and insight of many years as a corporate human resource professional in talent acquisition and management training and development with Federated Department Stores, Bloomingdale's division. Earlier in her career she worked in healthcare for Cabrini Medical Center in New York.

Jill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology from City College of New York and a Master of Industrial Social Work from Fordham University. She is a member of The Human Resource Planning Society, The Society for Human Resource Management, Human Resources Association of New York, World at Work and Executive Search Roundtable. Jill and her husband Rod live in North Bergen, New Jersey.
