Fran Luisi has been an executive search consultant since 1987. He has exclusively recruited human resource professionals ranging from Senior Vice Presidents to Managers of Human Resources in both generalist and specialist assignments.

Fran has managed executive search projects in every region of the United States as well as Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Emerging Markets, and the Asia Pacific regions, focusing on progressive organizations across industry sectors.

He began his executive search career with The Adler Group, a Human Resource Executive Search consultancy based in New York City.

Fran was previously the Vice President, National Practice Leader, Human Resources with the Stratford Group, an Executive Search firm based in Cleveland, Ohio and has been the principal of his own executive search firm, where he exclusively recruited human resource professionals for many years.

Prior to entering the executive search profession, he had various assignments with IBM in both divisional and corporate headquarter environments, supporting the personal computer, industrial manufacturing and software businesses.

Fran earned a B.S. degree in Criminology from Florida State University. He has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Human Resource Executive, and Workforce Management discussing global human resource and global talent acquisition issues. He is a member of the Florida State University Presidents Club, Florida State University Foundation, Human Resources Planning & Strategy (HRPS), The Society for Human Resource Management, The Institute for International Human Resources, The International Society for Performance Improvement, The Organization Development Network, World at Work, The Arc of Monmouth County, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Count Basie Theatre.

Fran and his wife Lauren and their two children reside in Rumson, New Jersey.

Jennifer Stammen is an Executive Search Consultant with Charleston Partners.

Prior to joining Charleston Partners, Jennifer supported the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York where she held various assignments in both divisional management and human capital management environments. In the highly competitive landscape of the financial markets, Jennifer managed complex hiring activities, lead strategic search assignments, and marketing efforts for the division. Her efforts were instrumental in creating a recruitment mechanism that consistently pulled and retained a distinguished and diverse client pool of candidates. Jennifer is putting her candidate identification and evaluation skills to work for Charleston Partners and is focused on helping clients identify and hire top human resource talent.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Jennifer worked in the legal industry for nearly 10 years where she primarily focused on managing client relationships and business development initiatives, specifically related to matrimonial and real estate matters. In this capacity, Jennifer also worked closely with senior attorneys in executing each phase of the legal process on behalf of their clients.

Jennifer is a member of Human Resources Planning & Strategy (HRPS), World at Work, The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Human Resources Association of New York, and the Hudson River Park Mothers’ Group. She is also a member and fundraiser for the Chron's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA), has served as an INROADS volunteer and on the Annual Recognition Dinner Committee for 180 Turning Lives Around, Inc. She is also a volunteer for the Association to Benefit Children, Services for the UnderServed and Meals on Wheels.

Jennifer lives in New York City with her husband Jeff and their daughter.
