The firm's Principals are directly involved with each assignment and closely manage the search process, ensuring consistency,

FRANCIS "FRAN" LUISI
Fran Luisi has been an executive search consultant since 1987. He has exclusively recruited human resource and human capital
professionals
ranging from Chief Human Resource Officers to Managers of Human Resources in both generalist and specialist assignments.
Fran has managed executive search projects in every region of the United States as well as Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Emerging Markets, and the Asia Pacific regions, focusing on progressive organizations across industry sectors.
He began his executive search career with The Adler Group, a Human Resource Executive Search consultancy based in New York City.
Fran was previously the Vice President, Global Practice Leader, Human Resources in the New York City office of the Stratford Group,
an Executive Search firm based in Cleveland, Ohio, and the principal of his own executive search firm, where he exclusively
recruited human resource professionals for many years.
Prior to entering the executive search profession, Fran had various assignments with IBM in both divisional and corporate
headquarters environments, supporting the personal computer, industrial manufacturing and software businesses.
Fran earned a B.S. degree in Criminology from Florida State University. He has appeared in The Wall Street Journal,
Fortune, Human Resource Executive, and Workforce Management, discussing global human resource and global talent acquisition
issues. He is a member of the Florida State University Presidents Club, Florida State University Foundation, Human Resources
Planning & Strategy (HRPS), The Society for Human Resource Management, The Institute for International Human Resources,
The International Society for Performance Improvement, The Organization Development Network, World at Work, and The Arc
of Monmouth County. Fran is also a former Board member and current advisor of Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, New Jersey.
Fran and his wife Lauren and their two children reside in Windermere, Florida.

LAURA FALLER
Laura Faller has over 20 years of experience in the executive search industry. Her background includes extensive experience and success in managing critical searches across a variety of industries, functional disciplines and geographical areas. She has additionally led a number of consulting assignments in partnership with corporate human resources executives to develop and implement the strategies for high quality, progressive executive search practices and partnerships.
Laura's approach includes full accountability for the meticulous and successful execution of every search including a proactive role in bringing added value such as market data and insight, deep industry and functional knowledge and follow-up to each assignment. She combines a nimble, responsive entrepreneurial style with an in-depth understanding of corporate human capital needs and search methodology.
Prior to joining Charleston Partners, Laura was the Managing Partner of McGrath Faller & Associates, a boutique firm she co-founded. In her capacity there, she managed diverse assignments, including Human Resources searches, in the media, publishing, communications, digital, retail, financial services, entertainment and health care industries. Her diverse client roster includes a range of clients from global fortune 50 companies to emerging companies. As a member of Charleston's executive team, Laura will continue to leverage the deep Human resources skillset and relationships she has developed through her years of service.
Before establishing McGrath Faller, Laura was a Practice Leader with Comaford & Long Associates, a global boutique executive firm. There she was responsible for developing and managing a practice that supported the global media and communications sectors.
Laura attended the State University of New York where she studied English Literature. She is a former board member of the Executive Search Roundtable and a frequent speaker at organizations such as Streetwise Partners and The Susan G. Komen organization. Laura is certified in administering and interpreting several assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, The Firo-B Instrument and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI). She is a member of Human Resources Planning & Strategy, World at Work, The Human Resources Social Network and the American Management Association. Laura is an avid volunteer and has served organizations such as Pegasus Therapeutic Riding, The Children's Village, The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Streetwise Partners.
Laura lives in Bedford, New York, with her husband, Mark.
