Jill Krumholz has joined the firm as a Principal. Ms. Krumholz joins Principals and Co-Founders, Fran Luisi and Nan Herron, in conducting searches globally for human resource positions across broad industry sectors.
Ms. Krumholz and Mr. Luisi have a long business history, having started their search careers together more than fifteen years ago. Ms. Krumholz has more than 20 years of experience in executive search and corporate human resources. Her search expertise is exclusively in the recruitment of human resource professionals for some of the world's most admired companies. Her clients have ranged from Fortune 200 companies to entrepreneurial growth companies in industries including media and communications, financial services, consumer products, technology and professional and information services.
Prior to joining Charleston Partners, Ms. Krumholz was a Partner with Cornell International, a national retained executive search firm based in New York. Earlier, she was a Partner with Hayden Resources and previously managed her own executive search practice, KL Consultants. She began her executive search career with The Adler Group in New York City. Ms. Krumholz also brings the experience and insight of several years as a corporate human resources professional in talent acquisition and management training and development.
Ms. Krumholz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology from City College of New York and a Master of Industrial Social Work from Fordham University. She lives in North Bergen, NJ.
